Delete your account

Request account deletion

Thank you for using the HopeKurse app. You have two options to delete your HopeKurse account:

Option 1: Delete Account via HopeKurse App

You can delete your account directly within the HopeKurse app.

  1. Access Profile Page:

    • Make sure you are logged into your account.

    • Click on the profile icon located in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

  2. Initiate Account Deletion:

    • Look for the button to delete your account and follow the on-screen instructions.

Option 2: Request Complete Account Deletion via Email

  1. Request Account Deletion: To initiate the deletion process, please fill out the form below. Include your registered email address and any relevant details to verify your identity.

  2. Await Confirmation: After sending your deletion request, please wait for a confirmation email from our support team. This email will acknowledge your request and provide any additional instructions if needed.

Data Retention: Upon confirming your request, we will delete the following types of data associated with your account:

  1. User profile information (e.g. names, birthday, addresses)

  2. User account information (e.g. email, password)

  3. Course progress

This will be used to contact you to follow up on your request.

Include a way to verify your identity, and any information that could help speed up the deletion process.
